Lining Cast Iron Pipes in Redondo Beach

Lining cast iron pipes in Redondo Beach, California: The A1TSP team was called out to line cast iron pipes in Redondo Beach, CA with the permanent solution of cured-in-place-pipe lining. This home had the original cast iron pipes from when it was built over 50 years ago. The cast iron pipes were nearly completely deteriorated, with the bottom missing in most sections of this Redondo Beach sewer lateral. The A1TSP team had new technicians onsite for hands-on training and decided to video the entire installation for training purposes.

This Redondo Beach cast iron sewer pipe had a total length of 44-feet with a 4-inch to 6-inch transition after leaving the house. The cured-in-place-pipe lining product we decided to use on this project was a transitional flex liner material specifically chosen due to the transition of pipe diameter. This lining material gives the user flexibility, offers outstanding impregnation with our 100% solid epoxy resins and requires lower PSI to invert throughout the cast iron pipe.

Another happy homeowner in Redondo Beach.

Another happy cast iron sewer pipe that has been fully rehabilitated!
