Plumbing Lead installer
We’re currently seeking qualified plumbing technicians with experience in both residential and commercial services. Plumbing technicians are the engine that makes our business tick, as they’re the ones who travel to our customers and provide them with the plumbing services they need. Ideal candidates must be available Monday through Friday, as well as select nights and weekends for on-call availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems (water, drain, gas)
- Install fixtures including sinks, toilets, tubs, and water heaters
- Measure, cut, assemble, solder, and install piping (PEX, copper, PVC, ABS)
- Perform trenching and basic excavation as needed
- Assist with repipe and installation projects
- Test systems for leaks and proper function
- Ensure all work meets code and safety standards
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Work efficiently to meet production timelines
- 3+ years plumbing installation experience
- Strong experience with residential and repipes
- Ability to work independently and lead taks
- Proficient with tools and materials
- Must have a valid driver’s license (candidates must provide a DMV printout of their driving record)
- Must own or be willing to purchase their own plumbing tools
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a plus

We’re currently seeking a qualified repipe plumbing foreman with experience in both residential and commercial services. We are looking for high-quality, fast, and efficient plumbers who take pride in their work and want consistent, year-round repipe projects. This is a full-time position with a unique 4-day work week, allowing you to earn a full week’s pay while enjoying 3 days off.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform residential repipes in homes across Southern California
- Work as part of a dedicated repipe crew
- Ensure quality, efficiency, and clean job execution
- Navigate attic work and tight spaces as needed
- Deliver a strong customer experience on every job
- Minimum 2+ years of residential plumbing or repiping experience
- Experience with soldering and PEX systems
- Uponor PEX Certification (required or willing to obtain)
- Comfortable working in attics and tight spaces
- Valid driver’s license with clean MVR
- Reliable transportation
- Basic hand tools required (power tools are a plus)
Compensation
Repipe plumber Technician 2nd and 3rd
We’re currently seeking a qualified repipe plumbing technicians with experience in both residential and commercial services. We are looking for high-quality, fast, and efficient plumbers who take pride in their work and want consistent, year-round repipe projects. - Assist Foreman with full residential repipes (PEX & copper)
- Cut, run, and install piping throughout the home
- Work in attics, crawl spaces, and tight access areas
- Support job setup, breakdown, and cleanup
- Maintain speed and efficiency while ensuring quality
- Communicate with crew and follow direction on job sites
- 1+ year of plumbing or construction experience preferred
- Repipe experience is a strong plus
- Basic knowledge of PEX or copper piping
- Comfortable working in attics and tight spaces
- Ability to work physically and keep pace with crew production
- Valid driver’s license preferred
Compensation
Associate Technicians (HELPERS)
Associate technicians provide assistance to our plumbing technicians and receive on-the-job education and training in addition to performing minor maintenance, repairs, and installations for customers. Previous experience is not required, but ideal candidates will have a trade school certificate. Candidates must be available Monday through Friday, as well as select nights and weekends for on-call availability.
Technical Skills
- Experience with copper, PEX, PVC, and ABS
- Soldering and pipe fitting experience
- Use of tools such as pipe cutters, channel locks, wet saws, abd grinders
- Ability to pressure test plumbing systems
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a plus
Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver’s license (candidates must provide a DMV printout of their driving record)
- Must own or be willing to purchase their own plumbing tools
- Must be well-organized and capable of working independently
- Must receive instruction and critique well
- Must be an effective verbal and written communicator
